i sent an email by undernation contact form about getting whitelisted.Can u add my site to undernation whitelist?

It's not dead. Wau operates differently to other DDL site owners and doesn't accept new sites really. Whitelist is only open at certain times and as you can see this topic is fairly old now so I'd say you missed your chance. It's sort of like the way some private torrents open up registrations at times. It's clever as it's a lot less work and hassle for the webmaster and you don't get a lot of new poor quality sites joining daily.
