Hello ,

We are sorry you feel in this way but you should write the whole truth regarding the servers , this client has bought 2 Servers from old packages of Russia VPS's.

This person is a owner of a "offshore hosting" with the name www.**********.** (we remove it for not breaking the rules) , he is a well known abuser , zero skills of system administrator (even if he advertises it he knows) and very bad behavior / rude.

-The one server with 1024GB of RAM was used for a shared hosting with multiple domains which there was mutliple domains that was creating a huge load and huge I/O , the server was not optimizated by the person as his tech skills was zero.

-The second server which was had "optimized" by him and monitored :whistling: it was creating too much problems for the rest people in the same network and he suspended twice like always.

It seems the "client" never checked his VPS. :)


The only server(s) which has downtime is yours "Zhenmue" with huge problems (exept the one you bought from us) and the only rude speaking has been made by you and the only who act like a child was you.

Today he contacted us for a cancelled server on 08/09/2015 he made and after 2 weeks he told us "SSH is too slow" even if the server is terminated , so you can all make your guess.

All the time with rude words was abusing the Skype support ( all is in the Skype logs and will be given to anyone want to read it since there are many lies here ) , also we can't see people getting ripped off by fake "offshore hosting providers" and from people with zero tech skills and putting in danger the privacy of each client and we answered him :

For the below post we wrote you today you wrote the fake post? The truth hurts so much.

You are lucky we can't write your "offshore hosting" name so people know the truth , the only break you made it is on your VPS and it seems you accidentaly made a reinstallation :-= of your clients VPS (all is in the logs - wonder why you get so much negative feed's) , and we wish good luck to everyone who will use you. Next time write the truth without too much lies , also we saw who is the child.

We tell here everyone to watch extremely where he buys from hosting service , "they are" between us. ;)


P.S. The only who is complaining for his servers gets DDosed , shall we refresh you the mind and put some more proofs or it will be embarassed? Just refresh what you have wrote in your facebook "fan page" regarding DDos , this that happens to you and this you say for yourself you are telling it for us? Your server(s) will always be down and you can excuse yourself with a "DDos" and with "client is checking" :)

1° "the owner is checking the vps" was a excuse to escape from your crap services.
2° it was not 1gb ram :S, and there was 4 sites lol, you said at skype "this vps can handle 160 domains", and then i laughed a lot, saying no, dont' worry, only 4, but your services is not good even for 1 domain.
3° the server was still sending e-mails until today's morning, and afew days ago i logged in to delete some stuff so you can't share it as you are doing with that image (your post has been reported btw, since your are supposed to be a "privacy hosting" and bla bla, and seems you are worst than any other provider (yeah, magic, switched host, and never had any more problems lol)
4° and this is the last with this:you are a privacy hosting, with a lot of terrible feedback in this same post, we have 0 negative reviews, nevertheless we have recommended a few people to hire (and they have at least 5 vps) with you, since you are an offshore hosting, but if you are posting screenshots of skype conversations, of top commands, trying to tell wich is the name of the company, looking the facebook page, you are demostrating how inmature you are.

As i said, your post has been reported to the staff.

btw, you were blocked of skype, so don't know if you made up more excuses.

PS. Not looking good you attitude, but if that's how you work i can understand all your bad reputation.

1. So you left it like that and you got suspended and finally removed by our service , you should mention that. You are angry you got removed and you did not "escape".

2. No in your dreams was more GB of RAM and it could handle 500 domains :D (Provide any proof for this you say otherwise you will get in much more troubles than now.) Well it cant be not good with your " system management skills " you have made , you can refresh your mind with the posts that people posted you regarding your " skills ".

3. Says " before a few days " , today we have 29.09.2015 the screenshot if you see on Skype logs is from 02.09.2015 but it is " few days " like " client is checking " :D

4. We have thousands of clients around the word , you can mention the feedbacks that happened before 3 years like a " professional " you are from people like you got removed and then gets angry like a little child and post fake things , we have a tons of positive feedbacks and we are trying our best to help everyone and we have passed many bad things for shuting down the freedom of the speech and this is well known over the Internet , we are supports and our team is techs of very big websites on the web that are being targeted everyday regardess you you wont be never :D and it is a shame people getting ripped of by you. Also yes we are a company with higly privacy which we not store logs / save / share or sell and thousands of people know it and they saw this in our actions not in the words.

We are happy you agree that posted on faceboon " fan page " that everyone DDos you and hates you and YOU TOLD this for us yesterday. This is INSAME ! By the way we see you removed the posts from the facebook page. i'm really neutral. i didn't use your service and when i see that i believe you ! and i know is very hard when wrongly accused you while you do your maximum
but i'm sure all visitors when they see all this private information divulged like this for only a negative review. will be scared for more serious problems

my advice for you and for all other hosts. don't do it this anymore !!! believe me a negative review inside 10 or 20 positive review is not a problem. but your attitude is a disaster for your reputation

as a customer i want to write a big thanks review to undergroundprivate my VPS has 100% uptime in Russia i have (VPS PLAN V) and a small France SSD too has the support is excellent and very helpful i am now months on them my old provider i had i got very big legal problems even now i am on undergroundprivate i have received a letter but it got ignored without my infos getting out there and the client system has not this silly anti fraud system for logging the ip's.
For me they done great and i think they should report who is behind this profile because it is extremely dangerous buying from that person made the silly report, with 75% load it is obviously your system will run slow and with layer 7 and i think they would need to terminate him as fast as possible when they saw that so they not get in discussion with him. I am really happy i found you and i hope a long term business in future with you thumbs up!!! i am in France for holidays and i not worry for my services since i know everything i will ask they will do it

@totti read the terms of service of each company not be bored and stop writing silly they not even gave nothing for him in my opinion they should, when you will have a company and someone want to ruin you with fake negative review like this it is the best to say everything like they did, but they kept private this hosting company info's that is not good for me, if you read on some websites find out the history of undergroundprivate privacy and protection of clients, not silly like this fakester done they confronted by agents and multiple other services and they not gave a single info so better to stop talking on the issue like neutral you can be someone who want to pretend the neutral and make ruin.

1° you never suspended me, and you never kick me away, so you are always lying, the unique thing you did was open a ticket, why do you give false information?
2° not years ago, you are only 1 kid, and the bad reviews are on this same post, many edited because you ask trough PM to delete/chnge them.
3° the truth hurts you deeply.

I feel sorry for everyone that trust your ddos attacks and lies everytime, and that have to wait until you wake up to get support lol.:facepalm:
