There was a big DDos attack on some servers of one of our Russia nodes , we had received before some days a threat report from individuals asking us to provide info's regarding our clients that was being rejected and take down their websites and per their words if we not do so there is a different way to happen , it seems their threats today has become true but as ALWAYS WE ARE ONLINE , a message to you all who are involved in this you can't do us anything with so a dirty actions and tricks.

This has happened after a very long months on our Russia servers , our all servers has 100% uptime.

Like another member mentioned, it was not minutes of downtime but HOURS. Then I got informed it was more than a maintenance reboot, but they got rid of the attacks and now we're back online. Thumbs up to Undergroundprivate for their hard work and dedicated on bringing the sites back up.
 
I just want to say "Beware of UnderGroundPrivate.com " for Spammers, Hackers, DDOS Attacker because they don't know what they are dealing with, UnderGroundPrivate.com is the GOD of HOSTING. No, matter what they do... they can't even stand a chance against BIG G of HOSTING WORLD i.e UnderGroundPrivate.com

When you write "it was down yesterday" be more specific what was down ,your VPS was down that day due a DDos attack on your ip and network had no issues and please not confuse people with general messages , next time be more careful what you write. We managed to block the attack on your VPS successfully.

Russia network almost has 99,5% of uptime right now months , with 1gbps port connection , you can't find this service anywhere else with total privacy and managed with completely DMCA ignore.

Please also note that any person breaking our terms of service / not follow tickets that had be opened for them after the abuse they made / threat and attack any of our staff / will be from now and on terminated instantly

hello all, my friend suggest me undergroundprivate as he uses it more than 6 months, i had been fooled from my old provider in many situations like it wanted money telling me i need to buy some protection for ddos and upgrade and it had lot of downtime's, and my files has been infected from something so i contacted undergroundprivate and they was more than friendly with me like i know them almost hundred years, they answered all my questions step by step and finally i decided to buy from them 2xVPS in Russia. they done all the work setup, full install of my VPS and cleaned my files of infection which i think my old provider put them there to get from me money and stop the ddos attacks i was getting, they not charge me anything and i cant still believe it i tried to give them something for the work but they refused what i can say, the sys admin of the old provider was asking me for 50$ per hour and underground staff spent much hours for fixing my website which was totally damaged for free
  • service support care excellent and much more than friendly
  • lighting speed in Russia VPS really fast
  • the reports i was getting from other provider in couple of days when i singed to each of it i was getting suspended now no more exists
