These guys are very professional and very customer driven. They even have around the clock service both on the website as well as Skype; ready to go to and answer any questions you may have.
 
The live support is online 24/7 and they manage to diagnose any problem immediately. When i migrated my website here i had a lot of issues, from database errors to DDoS attacks and more, but they manage to help me every time and stabilise my website. I have to mention the fact that they are pros in DDoS protection. I really want to thank the UPV team for all their work and help!

For now after one week I can say its a very good Host for me.
