I hope all is well and I have 100% confidence with them, but apparently I misspoke early to them on Skype.

There is a message that appears on their website. If you had contacted them via gmail or Skype you would have been informed. I kindly was after I reached out through Skype. All servers should be back up by Monday afternoon or so. They work hard for us to give us best customer experience ever.

I had some issues with my cloudflare and domain not working, it took these guys literally 3-4 minutes to learn the problem and help me fix it! Love their support and honesty.
