signed up though him? Though what?

You're not clear at all.

Your Adsense account is NOT disabled however you have lost monetization priveledges on your account.

How this happened is you sadly attempted to monetize that you did not own all the necessary copyrights. Once this is done this is irreversable.

i think he approved his account rateitall.com and then google block the account as i have made 2 accounts with inyarocks but they block both accounts after 2 days dont cheat with google .

Your AdSense account was linked to a different account [rateitall] where monetization was disabled.

Also, Did you disable 3rd Party Access in your AdSense account and then re-enable it?

i got this email
Welcome to AdSense!

We have completed a partial review of your application. However, you will not begin to see live ads on www.rateitall.com/ until we have fully completed our review of your site. Instead, you’ll only see blank ads, which blend in with the background of your site. Once we have completed our review, your application will be fully approved or disapproved. If approved, you’ll begin to see live ads.

Please note that as soon as ads start appearing on your site, we’ll continuously review your account for compliance with our policies. If any violations are detected, ad serving to your pages may be stopped or your account may be disapproved. If at any time you are not seeing ads appear, we recommend you sign in to your AdSense account and examine any alerts that may appear.

To track the performance of your new Google ads and access more AdSense features, sign in to your AdSense account: http://www.google.com/adsense. Make sure to use the email address and password you submitted with your application. If you've forgotten your password, visit: http://www.google.com/adsense/support/as/bin/static.py?page=ts.cs&ts=1054302&sct=app-api.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

* You must implement your ad code so we can complete the review process. For help implementing ad code on Google owned APIs (e.g., YouTube), visit: https://support.google.com/adsense/bin/answer.py?answer=1343558&topic=1343554&parent=1250107&rd=1.

* Please don't click on your ads once they begin to appear, even to test them -- doing so isn't permitted by the AdSense program policies: https://www.google.com/adsense/policies.

* You can add the AdSense code to a new page or site that complies with our program policies at any time. There's no need to inform us or apply for a new account when you do.

Sincerely,

The Google AdSense Team

yes ..i singed up in "www.rateitall.com"
witch give me the possibilite to create an adsense account through this web site but i think that site take 50% of my earnings

You're not supposed to do that.. You don't own or have any rights with rateitall. I don't think you'll get paid.. They will disabled your account sooner or later..

Make your own site, then apply.

Wait just to be clear. Rateitall is not your site? I am not even sure how you were able to sign up and get verified if that's the case.

Perhaps I am missing something.
