Domain = Way too long.
Server Speed = Poor. (Well was for me in Spain)
The banner is terrible. You need to lose the blue gradient and have it transparent (so it doesn't look so weird.)
The theme is decent all apart from the banner that is...
The guest image again needs to have a transparent background and omg the font in the guest image is ugly.
The site has a lot of members but not too many active ones. :/

Overall I'd say 4/10, the images really bring the site down. You need a graphics team. :p
 
The banner really doesnt work and the site is overloaded with crap. I mean all those extra modules at the bottom just weigh it down.

Personally I don't like the style because its far too widely used now.

PS: you spelt "opinions" wrong.
 
Like the above members sayd.

I would recommend to have your banner with a transparant background.
Create a new "welcome guest" (something simple and matching the forum colors)

Also reduce the sections and don't add descriptions to each.

Listen up "Mr Ultimate":
If you think PM'ing members on other peoples forums (ie; WarezScene) is a good way for recruitment, you have another thing coming.

Sites doing it are the scum of the scene - and yours is quickly going down the route to be on the shitlist.
I strongly advise you to stop.
