UltimA is a SCAMMER AND A THIEF

Hello, i tried my best not to post this but enough is enough, i made a deal with a user name t00ki on warezscene and he suggested we used UltimA(admin from warezscene) as a middleman , i said ok and we did the following, the deal was i sent 425$ to UltimA , and we used epassporte as paypal i was unable to send all the money , as epassporte has a rule against sending p2p transfer until 3 days , we waited until then and i gave him the password so he can access that i put the money in my account, but as i turned out the user i bought the stuff didn't send me anything and stop answering me , when the 3 day cames, i logged in on my warezscene account and saw that my nickname was changed to something like "yopra" and that all the posts related to the sale of t00ki were deleted and that he also got his nickname changed, when i asked to change my nickname again i got banned from warezscene. well i was finding that some things were very weird and than i checked my epassporte account and noticed that UltimA transfered the money to his account(MSU1991) , i contacted him with 5 or 6 pm's and he didn't answer me to a single one, only on the next day when i said i was gonna contact my bank as i payed with legit credit card he answered me with this:

that was on 10 october, but now for the 3 days i sent him several pms saying i wanted my money back as nothing was sent he he doesn't answer, and when i tried to make a post was warezscene i found out that i couldn't even posted as my account has been post disabled. so be very carefull with this kid or whatever he is, and i already contacted my bank so i will get my money back one way or another, but be very careful with him ;) , i also have epassporte proof and msn logs and etc..

You won't achieve much by posting this here. But I hope it can be resolved :) It's true that you asked UltimA to be your ''middleman'' and I personally think you chose the right person. UltimA is a respected member throughout the scene and he wouldn't screw you over what $425 as UltimA earns a hell of a lot of money ;)

Wow. I find this hard to belive, ive dealt with UltimA in many transactions/deals and nerver had no incidents. Thats in the past 4 years.
 
I wouldn't say UltimA is a scammer, especially considering in the screenshot it specifically states that, he will purchase these items from his own pocket, then ship them to you. Give him a little while to get these items to you, I am sure he will do as he says ;)

well i gotta say, i was trying my best not to post this , but the constant ignoring after several and several pms made me post this as i was tired of beeing played with and the fact that i wasn't unable to post anything on warezscene forum , made me do this so things don't get worst.

I don't think you're being played with, UltimA must've been busy with other things obviously. We rarely see him on WarezScene (I'm iMack on WS btw). You should appreciate what UltimA is doing for you -- If you don't get your goods he'll personally send the items to you -- He's wasting his own time for you and what are you doing here? Accusing him wrongly. Call me his bitch but I'm only saying the right thing ;)
 
The only thing the image proves is that UltimA is trying to help you get what you want. He even stated that he has the money and that it's safe.

If he was a thief he would've denied it. <_<
 
Ive done several money exchanges with him, even sending the money in advance and having to leave, to then get home and see that he did his part of the transaction too. I know Ultima for a long time already, and as Hawk stated, he wouldn't scam anyone over 425$.

Try to read and understand his PM, and also keep in mind that there are some people around that don't spend 24h/24h behind their computer to check on their PM's.

Just wait till you hear something from him, I just msged him and he isn't replying either, not because he is ignoring me, but probably because he has got something else to do than constantly being on the computer.
 
Seems like you're taking your frustration out on the wrong person, your problem is with the seller, the middleman can only do so much.

IMO UltimA seems to have acted perfectly professionally from the information shown above.
 
I agree with Thizz, if UltimA was going to scam you, he wouldn't tell you he had your money, he would just take it lol

UltimA doesn't have to spend his own cash on these items, but going purely on the picture basis, he is going to do just that, just stop worrying and trust his word ;)
 
lol i think you ain't understanding, when he transfered the money i got my account banned and have to create another one, i send him like 6 or 7 pms to know whats going on, and had answer to 0! messages, only on the next day when i threated him i went to the bank is that i got that message, and after that he in fact said that i could contacted him by PM, however i done so in the next following days and got no answer what so ever again, when ultima took the money from the epassporte account, he already knew the seller won't send anything as i had warned him of that , i really didn't wanted to post this message but i really think im beeing played with.
