and you FORGOT THAT ME and MANY others will not seen any $ of our PENDING PAYOUT..
You write ALWAYS for you interest but for ME and all users that are waiting?? is not our problem this.
YOU opened host file promising to pay money and YOU MUST MANTAIN promise, you are illuding everybody here and many BELIEVING you ...( poor people ) but please dont joke so many times.
Im always waiting my over 100% of payout but i know that never i will see this money.

This bahaviour HAD in past only scam host and im prepared in this 4 times i SAW the SAME thing
and my money was LOST.
At the moment it is really hard because our money was frozen, we understand that you're angry!
But you don't understand! To stop using the service does not help us!
We really do our best to solve this problem.
How should we know that the credit card processor will freeze our money?
The problem was we had so many uploads and spent the money for servers because we saw ok users loving it and we need more space.
So we used the money we kept for the user payouts and spent it for new servers
We knew we had to safe some money but we saw that we ran out of server space and we knew we had enough earned so we spent everything into servers.
Perhaps you can understand our situation. If I would be you I would do it the same.
Next week we get a new credit card processor! We also fix a few bugs at our site.
We will bring back remote for free/registered users also! perhaps ftp for registered users too.
In the future we will do the following:
Only Traffic Limit / Day, Speed / Download Volume!
About Max. Size Limit we have to think again. Make suggestions please!
So our idea is to start completely fresh. This month or in Oktober.
We just can say sorry to all our users that we've disappointed! It was our fault

Well, is simple. All pending payments frozen, and take again with sales and PPD like was before, also try to count good, to not shave sales/downloads, also limit of filesize to be on 350mb or 500 mb filesize, no slow than 350. Also First payments to be on 15 Octoker, no longer than 15 ! Remember if second time you fail, Will be time to be banned.
A second try everyone can have but remember dont push it too much ! I know you had 6-8 good servers, I test them all and was ok on upload/download, but dont limit lower than 350 mb because with more mb is more sales you will do.
If you will limit again all files like before, every day with excuse: We are moving the files, well this time is not working.
if you will keep limiting every day all files, you will be full of chargebacks because you force and obligate people to buy premium and they after got the file (maybe a fake file or a low fille as a quality they espected to be) they want their money back, maybe with premium, speed wasnt very big in that hours, Think after make rules, to not wake up with money frozen again because you forced people to buy premium limiting the downloads on all files !
PS. If you are not a child good luck for your service, you have a very fast and good support here and on website (can be a good reason to me, and uploaders to can have again trust in you).

We never shaved any sales/downloads!!! We counted multiple IP's!
About the server moving. It was the truth. We are still moving files. But just for 1 server so we don't have to limit something.
There will be no more free slots or something. This was just to reduce the server load otherwise speed would become very slow...
