let's say mo-su earnings will be paid the following week. I would say middle of the following week because the payment will be made to our bank account. and then we have to topup the payout accounts. so it will be paid probably in a 2 week rhythm every saturday.

The problem was we had so many uploads and spent the money for servers because we saw ok users loving it and we need more space.

So we used the money we kept for the user payouts and spent it for new servers :(

We knew we had to safe some money but we saw that we ran out of server space and we knew we had enough earned so we spent everything into servers.

Perhaps you can understand our situation. If I would be you I would do it the same.

Next week we get a new credit card processor! We also fix a few bugs at our site.

We will bring back remote for free/registered users also! perhaps ftp for registered users too.

In the future we will do the following:

Only Traffic Limit / Day, Speed / Download Volume!

About Max. Size Limit we have to think again. Make suggestions please!

So our idea is to start completely fresh. This month or in Oktober.

We just can say sorry to all our users that we've disappointed! It was our fault :(

But the worst thing you can do now is to stop using the service. This will be the dead of our project!

So we ask you (This is just a question. The money still belongs to you!):

Would you waive your payments and start completely fresh with us??? We also have not seen any money!

We just paid bills and didn't earn something!

We promise this will never happen again!

All pending payments will be saved then and be paid after 180 days when we get our frozen money!

Please think about it: We haven't earned anything in August! Just a few bucks with other payment processors!

We hope you understand our bad situation and give us a 2nd chance to show you that we are not just talking!

It's not possible to wait 6 months for a payment . You shouldn't start an filehost before you know all about payment processors . This is amateur thing and probably the site will be shut down in next weeks . Sorry but this is reality .
 
we are no amateurs! if you would have read the whole text you could see we had money on the side but had to spend it for servers!

of course it is not possible. but they told us we have to wait 180 days!

I'm very impressed, you made a lot of people look like stupid believing to your excuses.
