My problem is tomorrow you'll start your ppd system, I need a final answer before distributing my links all over the board, my posts are sticky, not like single hotch potch'es, i'm bound to give my community a better service whether I want it or not. Thats why that much questions and all that
 
I explain in details, I have 4 threads sticky in 2 boards...both are same, 2 720p movie thread, 2 TV-Show threads, now I've a huge database of 720p movies, that are like 1.5 gb>2gb, some are like 800 mb> and I do game and apps also, in general I distribute 1gb links, thats standard. Thats why this discussion
 
if those files are no copyright material it's no problem. I mean we just set the filesize limit because some users asked. we had it unlimited. But I think we will go with the speed.

The problem is. you don't want to wait for a new file. you don't want to have ads, you don't want to be limited and so on...

the problem is everybody wants something different. probably you're right.

So I think if anybody wants to protect his files he can set to premium only and the problem is solved.

I think speed limiting and a small waittime will last. the users have unlimited traffic! I think that's fair. we could also limit that but speed should be enough I think! We really wanted to keep the speed to 300-400 kb but we cant offer good speed and no waiting and everything for free and no ads that's the problem!
 
2gb max filesize for free/reg users if over 2gb users needs premium. unl bandwidth. 10 min waiting and slow speed. perhaps captchas! let me know
 
no admin not 1gb i got told 2gb was going to be final for ppd now its change again why because of danny what about over uploaders

and filesonic did free download speed up to 300kbs and wupload 500kbs

and im still to see if ppd comes out
 
@ new_skull in the moment we use backup servers till we get faster servers tomorrow. or do you want to have downtimes???

@ ps2gameman what's the problem with 1gb? I think it's enough? bigger filesize limit =more leechers
 
i dont have a problem with 1gb just i get told one thing then it changes so some of my bigger games 4gb upwards have to now reupload and all i need to know is this final 1gb
