i see lately lots of (warez)sites that are hosted in Ukraine.
Could someone please tell me why there?

Also any good company in Ukraine?

I have seen this one Fop Krakovetskiy Volodymir Vyacheslavovuch but i am unable to find its site.

UA does not have good connections, but maybe for neighboring countries.
Not the best option if you need stable hosting.

Forget about ukraine. country of corruption. same about russia.
site can be shutdowned like you close door. There was story with ex.ua - large filesharing network in ukraine.

Dutch is better , but maybe sweden or germany.

Do you need warez or just need host nulled scripts?
