ps2gameman, PPD Phase-2 is invitation only... however any of the old clan, like you my friend, are always excepted with a simple request.

It's not dependent on file size... this is another limit which is currently 3000 megs per 3 days. Number of independent file downloads per day is 5... and it was 10 before.

Things seem to be better now... we're still seeing loads of people registering like never before, which currently gives them unlimited file downloads and 10,000 megs per 3 days.

We don't have any set day of the week as a payment day... however once someone does cash out, after hitting the $25 threshold, we try to pay them within 48 hours via Paypal. Other payment methods will be introduced during Phase-3 roll-out next month.
