Buying the script only allows you to certain rights. It doesn't make you the owner of the script

I agreed with you about the colony, but you can't compare everything like that. Bus stand can be used by anyone, it is government's properties, taps are been used by the traveler for drinking water . I didn't shared the entire script, just give an access to use the script.

You think when you buy a software from the store it's totally legal and ethic to resell its copies? Or sharing it for free, it doesn't matter..

Learn what is warez first , Also this script is decoded by my friend, coder sells him and the buyer have the right. As you are a coder, you may not like that.
