This trick is very old, i used it in 2008 or 2009 don't remember, to get posts from certain sites.

+ Plus sometimes it duplicates your posts many times, if not configured and even still it does that. So better don't choose publish, choose draft option. You can always remove the duplicate ones and publish according to your wish.

Fetching is not working automatically. I have checked every options.... Where should I enable Cron Jobs? On my cpanel? I have also done that. But automatic method is not working. Please go on step by step process.

if you have a big wp site and fear that most people might be copying your posts , then do one thing.

write in each of your post , in between somewhere in every post write your site name.
for example : taken from www.wjunction.com

write this line in each of your post and enable rss , so when users leech your posts they will be advertising your site
