Turn raw urls into clickable links

How do I automatically convert raw urls into clickable links? I only want a specific domain to be clickable links

i forgot the name but there is a plugin which converts raw url to clickable. It also asks which urls to convert to clickable links.

Search in plugins.. external links etc. you will find one.
