Even the most reputable hosts here, have very poor security. If I wanted to, I could hack them in less then 20 seconds easily. It's very sad now a days how some web hosts say they are secured, but fail to understand the very essentials of linux security.
 
I'm taking Computer and Network security classes and the first thing we learned was that there is no such thing as 100% secure.

What some people will do...Waste their talent on hurting others. Screw them. This is good advice but I would also keep more than one copy of your database and change the pass regular on that.
Most people know .. if there is a way to hack and make net life miserable no matter what they do there is a moron that will find a way. What a waste of a God complex. If they have 1/ a brain.. why not put it to good use?
 
if your connected to the internet even the most secured sites/boxes can be broken into. You would be stupid and naive to say "my box is 100% secure", thats why big companys monitor attempts, its not because they want to waste money and keep statistics of how many fools failed. Its to catch the few that get in.
