with my rapidleech(not from trizzile) and this rdp not working...im losing money every hour i can not work..:(..I bought this rdp because my rapidleech wasn;t working and i needed something so i could continue working lol...well that didn't happen and now im going on two days of not being able to work..

when you got server problems you cant just leave and let people hang. You cant be offline for 16 hours when you got people waiting and depending on you to get the server up...im sitting over refreshing wj and my email every 15 mins waiting for a response. you are 3 hours pass the estimated time for maintenance and no update to people who are waiting.I dont think you really care about the people buying your service.

If my rdp aint working by the time i have to go to sleep.(6 hours). Forget about my account and just refund me because this is unprofessional. I mean i haven't even been able to use your service so a refund should be reasonable.

I know i aint the only one feeling like getting a refund.

edit:received info and messed around for an hour or so and so far the rdp is great.

what you mean by that server is up and running just i started updating windows since no one was online coz i care abt security

i can also move u to a new server if u think ur having problems with this server

still need refund?? just make ticket on clientarea coz wjunction doesnt have option to see ur pp id and transaction number
