Hi
 Plz someone tell my is there any script or software through which we can upload files from one server to another Plzzzzz urgently needed. coz i have a new vps and i will transfer my files to that vps from my old shared host. w/out downloading and uploading of them.. please help

Use transloader by somik its a free source.....or go ftp.doamin.com in your rl get your backup there and then upload it to your new vps ftp :D simple
 
pack all files and transfer using rl,first check disable all plugns in rl and start downloading,afer that upload to ur vps using ftp.
 
PHP: 
scp yourbackup.tar.gz root@120.120.120.120:/home


Change IP to your new servers IP, path to where you want to put the backup.

Man this is very easy dont take any tenshion
& Files backup & remote upload it on any any filehost
& download thorugh RL
very simple i too do this :D
