Torrent -> Forum Poster?

Is there any tool out there that grabs torrents (rss feed) and posts it to forums using DDL or hosts like Rapidshare, etc?

It'd be cool if it did stuff like unpacking .r00 .r01 .r02... and repacking with a .txt but not needed.
