i just read through the whole thread and i want to share my experience on some adnetworks:
juicyads CPM/mobile/popunders
always pay on time (earned to date about $200 - $300)
trafficrevenue.net banners, sliding banners etc
one of my favorites, pays really fast Total earned: $323.034259
ero-advertising.com (banners, popups, im, mobile almost all ad format here)
i used to earn 30-40 euro here everyweek, but on the last 2months it went down to 10euro/week still not bad but i really dont know if they lowered rate or something total earned about 400-500 euros
adultadworld -almost every ad format
one of the best, pay always on time total earned Total: $1,022.39
linkbucks - good for adult and non adult
pays instantly when they need to check your account for suspicious activityTotal Withdrawn: $198.2706

I know what changes I can make to get 10K+ of visitors, 60-70% from top western countries.
I need a good, malware free cpm network, to be used alongside popads.net.
I looking for one with decent rates (I'm not a pig) and the most important thing - low payout threshold, and "free on request" payments.
In short, I'm looking for a network similar to edomz.com.
any ideas?

No, I've never really used edomz.
I won't stop using popads, it's great. I just want to add a couple of cpm ads to the blogs.
Edomz sounds great but I can't use it, so I'm looking for an alternative.
I know of cpmfun - 100$minimal payout.
Trafficrevenue - Pays only for a few countries, possible malware.
And some others that are not so great.
