One way to judge a host is by the traffic they generate. If you go to Alexa.com you can look up the various hosting sites and compare them. Here's a link to the Alexa site info for Rapidgator. Compare that to the information for Uploaded.

You'll notice that Uploaded has a higher rank for traffic, but RG has more sites linking to them.
