Hey there fellas,

I am soon launching an Multi-Vendor E-commerce platform.

I want to seek suggestion on best Ticketing Module (Free or Paid) for support to Customers and Vendors. The website is currently based on MERN stack.

It should also support automated ticketing from incoming E-mail and chatbot.
