ThumperTM is a Scammer !

I sold a site " wrzdown.com " to ThumperTM in wjunction.

I pushed the domain first and he sent me 30$ and after giving the cpanel details he gave me 10$.

After few days he mailed me saying that " Please get back your website ".
The reason he said was " The online people are only bots ".

He doesn't even have the knowledge that the bots cannot register.

He says these are bots :

But i explained those are not bots.

But he threatened me that if i'm not giving the money back he will hack all my sites and will spam in all my threads !

But yesterday when i logged into alertpay i saw that the money he sent me was on hold ( I guess he took the money back ) :

Since he took the money back i asked him to push the domain to my account and give my website back.

But he pretends that he didn't get the money and asking for another 40$ to give the domain.

He also said that he won't give the money back and will not give the domain too :

He also says that all Moderators of WJ are his buddies and they will ban me.

Moderators and Members and WJ please tell a solution for this.

I have to say a lot of these members are just multiposter accounts not bots.

I asked from alertpay for refound... and if they will do that soon i will give your site back!

But remember that you are scammer not me ;)

Also i PMed Jason and he told that if Scammer "softleaks" will not send money back he will bann you from here...

By the way: Did you was banned before 2-3 days? for scaming ? and when iasked for sending my money back and give your domain bacl... You scammer "softleaks" said: i dont care for this forum "wj" . There are many better forums for selling your shit <=== these was your words...


Send money back and get your domain , also you should say Sorry that you tired to scamm me !
 
If you paid for the site and received the DB you shouldn't get a refund

I presume the site was running before you bidded on it, and you checked it out
 
Nope, the problem is there! This site have problem... i cant get Back up!
Everytime when i try to make backup server crashed...

i asked from my host to try for getting back up but didnt worked...
 
to sort this out i guess both of u should reverse your acts :d ... thumper should pass the domain etc watever back and the other guy should give the money back if thumper hasnt got it .. simple :)

Yes, i will push domain back but he should sent money back first!

This is your problem not the sellers and not a reason to do a charge back after the purchase.

You paid for it and got what you paid for, so the deal was done.


Since you have a copy/access to the DB you shouldnt get your $ back

@Gavo i dont agree with you dude...

Before i paided for this site i asked from owner that i need domain first and one full back then >> but he said that he will give me host for 3 weeks... so i can make one back up my self... [reason why he didnt created one back up before is that his site have problem and is not possible to make back up]
