Thread title rules not being implemented properly ?

I see that there is a thread about some rules regarding thread titles for the hosting section over here: http://www.wjunction.com/8-shared/159997-hosting-section-rules-read-before-making-thread.html

But lately, it is not being followed and the threads are not being locked. If the rule has been scrapped then please let everyone know about it.

No mention of plan price, location, etc.

There are lots more to add

So, is that section monitored ?

Rules are not scrapped, we will look into those threads soon.
