Thread locked but no rule broken?

my thread's (2) got locked this-morning saying I could only have 1
and to pick one and report it
I did that more then 3 hours ago and it is still locked

I was sure when I made the second thread I had read somewhere that we could have 2
so the hole thing kinda annoyed me but I just assumed the rule had changed
now iv found where I read that

Only a maximum of 2 topics* from a host is allowed to be created in each category, regardless of the packages offered.

I DID NOT BRAKE THE RULE


and even if I had
the second thread hasn't been bumped in nearly a week
all the mod had to do was close the less active one and PM me

there was no need to lock a thread getting responses every day
now I have a locked thread ending with a MOD saying I did something wrong
when ALL I did was fallow the rules

Obviously, you did not read what the * in the rule means.

And about thread being locked for more than 3 hours (you claim it to be 6 hours in your report) - Where in the rules does it say that we Moderators have a TAT (Turn Around Time) to handle reports? You should just relax for a while and wait until a moderator acts on your report. You should also know this - your report is not the only one to be dealt with. There are 100s of other things we have to do and which are of priority (both on WJ and in real life).

It is not that your report has passed more than 3 days, it is just 3 hours. If you are so paranoid about waiting for three hours - you should have read the rules properly and avoid this situation.

Oh and yes - one cannot "Brake" and "fallow" the rules.

I still don't see where I broke a rule
it says 2 topics in one category
that's all I had

and if you had just PMed me I would have gladly dumped the less active topic to keep a mod happy
instead you locked both threads
makes me look un trustworthy

and *
that is not a word
it's a code to tell a program anything past that point is ok (when doing searches)
if you meant 1 why ay 2 then stick an * on the end
that to me just means limit of 2 threads no mater the subject

This is ≠ 2 main sales topics in one category. You had 2 main sales topics in one category. Are we clear now?

Topic 1 & Topic 2, both in category Other, both main sales topics.
