These Unmanaged Dedicated Servers are offshore in a very secure Canada Data Center. As long as you provide DDOS protection the data center and ISP is ok with warez linking etc, as long as you respond to DCMA complaints for the most part.

the DC that I'm with said as DCMA complaints are taken care of they don't mind what is hosted. Had a few and just passed em onto the users and its been taken care of. Pretty safe, been with em for a few months.
