This guy a spammer?

There is this one user on my site that is always active with posts but I have downloaded about 30 of the 200 he posted and everyone has at least 2 virus in it, these posts are from the applications and the virus' are contained in the patch and the .exe file. I think im going to ban him but what do you think?
