If I would have disabled it out of spite I would have terminated the account and deleted everything I could of. In the Terms you agreed to we can refuse business if necessary. There is no reason to bash a name of a company that did and does everything in its power to resolve issues and keep you in the loop. That is what was done and that is what THP does for its customers.

Everything is in your account and intact. And just because the other sites were enabled doesn't mean anything, like I said I didn't know if you still had information on the account so I was waiting to hear from you.

You can say whatever you want about the hosting but it's better than ever now, even during all the scans that are in progress and are going on the sites are running better than ever.

You have access to your hosting account as paid and credit has been applied.

Well STOP bashing this guy he is a one man team that works his hardest to keep is customers happy. I have been kept in the loop by him and so has every one of his customers. When he says that things will be down for a little bit and then OMG they go down who would have guessed? IF you are sicks of hosts then buy your own dedicated. He does all the hard work for you. For the refund part he gives 5 days and if you don't like it then you can get a refund. BUT you didn't read his TOS so you did not know about that. So in all favor this is your fault and not THP's
 
Its like buying a loaf of bread eating a chunk out of it and asking for a refund, you just don't do it you bought a year you get a year, hope it works out for ya :)
 
ok maybe it is sort of the same...but if half your bread was moldy you wouldnt complain?

but whatever because it doesn't concern me..hope you get it worked out.
 
Well My last comment on this, You paid for it so use it DO YOUR research before buying hosting. The best hosts are the ones that Host themselves
 
well I can see why they give a discount to you if you paid annually so I guess it is your fault...thats why I use to only pay monthly at least first to see what host is like...don't have to worry now that I got dedi tho :)
 
It seems a rare old case,dont think it happens a lot, i am with him aswell and havent had any problems really and find him very helpful,and does spare the time to help with your site. as he helped ,when i first started with my site.He came and had a look to see if he could help which is really nice out of him even tho he was only hosting it.
