Have I just been scamed!

I just registered for a $1.95 monthly website hosting account wiht THP
and added them to register a domain for me.

As soon as I used the PayPal checkout feature I expected them to say I had paid but it still says Unpaid!?

Why?

I have clearly paid for it and I hope The Hosting Palace is not a scam!

If support is available get here right now and sort this shambles out!

It isnt a scam, I know the guy who owns it. Just add him on greg@thehostingpalace.com (its an MSN account), and he'll get it sorted ASAP.

I was the previous owner of THP and I sold the company to Greg as I think he knows what he's doing. Also, Use the THP support systems, WJunction is NOT for Hosting support. Check your PayPal account is it even deducted from their?

Yes it is! And thats the problem! The money has been taken but the system has not been updated!

Just to interject real fast. Paypal takes a little while to update billing systems. Just wait 10-30mins. I get updated first then the billing system! Just an FYI to everybody.

Your topic is scam bro!

Rule No. 1 is to contact hosting support in case of any issue, and allow them 24h to handle it. Every serious host will handle it for less time.

You opened this topic just to make negative reputation for this company, not nice from you at all.
