Just to mention 2 things bout the coupons;

So, as you already know, the coupon 25NEWFORUM expired today :D

Don't worry tho, we've already put up a new one!

So, use the 25NEWSITE coupon when ordering (also valid for existing clients, can be used once per order (unlimited times per client)) to get 25% off on all of the VPS plans. The coupon expires in 15 days (9/15/2008), so hurry up!


NOTE: It seems that there's a bug in WHMCS that makes all the configurable options worth double (it counts for cPanel licence 2 times, so it comes up as $30 instead of $15, same thing happens for management services). They're currently checking it out, and we hope they will release an update for it. In the mean time, just don't order cPanel or management services on the same order form (when ordering a VPS), but submit a ticket after you placed the order about what more do you want with your VPS (cPanel and/or management services), and we'll add it.
 
they have a very bad customer service . i had a service with them they even don't reply to your e-mail and tickets :( . i feel very said being treated like this
 
My website is down for more then 7 days.
From yesterday I have saw that even their main site is down TheHostingPalace.com

I tried every possible way to contact them, even on forums, support tickets, live chat, etc...still no answer

If someone from TheHostingPalace.com see this, please at least help me to get my files back and database. I couldn't login to ftp or client area, since my website is down.

Any informations will be appreciated

I'm afraid that's not possible since the owner was allegedly been forced to join the military and I no longer work there. Probably the server went down since nobody's there to pay the bills (meaning that the data is gone). Altho, Greg did say he will notify all the customers to switch somewhere, don't know why he didn't tho.

Somebody lock this please.
