.org domain, overused template, whois protected domain... to be honest I wouldn't touch them with a ten-foot pole if I were you.
There are many more legit providers you could consider ordering from.
There is nothing wrong with .org domain names, they have in-fact been truncated from the word organisation; and since SoloHost is an organisation it is ideal to use this gTLD.
The template is certainly not bespoke, as a small webhosting company having our own custom made website would be pretty costly; in nature when the time is right than a custom design will be published. A lot of work had gone into trying to make our template efficient enough to use, we had made changes to try and be unique.
Regarding the Who.is Anonymity, this had been removed amid over concerns. It was added in the first place to prevent spamming; our address was always made public in our billing system and also our website at the "Contact" page.
Perhaps the reason you disapprove of us is probably because you run a webhost of your own, and are trying to eliminate any competition that may be a threat to your company - perfectly understood.
You haven't tried our service, so don't be stereotypical. I mean, we offer a trial service to answer any concerns.
Never judge a book by its cover.
Edit: It's funny how your company can be using the Who.is protection service, whilst you discrimnate that of SoloHost's.
