sorry curtis...ur posts are a lot fun to read but not all of it is true. science "cant" explain everything but religion "doesnt" explain everything also. if god gave us all knowledge then nobody wud study or work for that matter and the world wud be in chaos. the knowledge we dont have yet....we get that from scientific study. so science doesnt contradict religion but is a part of it.

u said universe is created by big bang ryt...but what cause that big bang? what material proof can stephen hawkings give which can prove big bang without any doubt? if i were like martin id say that god has smited him and gave him the disease he has now but im not like that....
 
The big bang, my not have been the creation of the universe. It can, however, be the bang of a new era. For all we know the universe could have always been, and will always be.
The big bang is the theory of the universe being a whole, and explodes outwards, in all different directions, but much like a ball being thrown into the air, what goes up, muust come down. Thus compiling the universe into 1 creating a new chain reaction, and a "new" era will be formed.
This process takes billions and billions of years however.
I am no scientist, so do not quote me on this.


edit: at least science has had an attempt to prove these right, and most of the time, the equations and predictions are correct. But the bible, is a book writtin by who the fuck knows, and has a fuck load more contradictions then scientific law.
So i dont know about you, but natural selection, and education, is evolution. I dont give a fuck about entropy saying some bullshit thing about temperature, when that has nothing to do with what has gone on here.
Its more or less... common sense. you choose. Mystical man, or on-going change?

I just want to point out you follow the words of a book which is nothing but a load of stories told over thousands of years to teach morals to children only the idiots believe in that crap. If I read Harry Potter to my children I wouldnt expect them to grow up fearing lord Voldemort.

Look at some non fiction now shall we, Stephen Hawking the man who discovered what a black hole is, He is atheist. What does that tell you, the smartest man of our lifetime made the most important discovery of the century that black holes are caused by depletion of hydrogen upon a star causing gravity to out balance the force and make the star implode into a black hole. Its not god getting bored and poking his almighty finger in the star causing it to collapse.

I agree with other people read a physics book and then read the definition of the word gullible
