Hi Nightmare,


Your AlertPay account shows no signs of having been accessed without your authorization and that the submitted email appears to be a spam email that occurred as a result of Badoo, a service you may or may not have joined. It is sending invites to all of your contacts. If you do not have an account with this service, you should contact hotmail to see if your email account was compromised.

I am not part of the decision making process for who received the beta AlertPay prepaid card, so I cannot speak to who should get one and should not.


I would assume many factors were taken into consideration.

Have you added a bank account to your AlertPay account?



If not, here are the instructions for adding a bank account:

1. Login to your AlertPay account.
2. Click on "Profile".
3. Under "Financial", click on "Bank Accounts".
4. Select the country where your bank account is located and click on "Next".
5. Choose whether you would like to use your account for bank transfers (deposits and withdrawals) or bank wires (withdrawals only) and click on "Next".
6. Enter your bank account details and click on "Next".
7. Review details and confirm.

For Pakistan you can verify your AlertPay account with a bank wire deposit.


Since we want our members to verify their accounts and to have as many options as possible to do so, we are going to waive the usual bank wire deposit fee just for the purpose of verification. However, the minimum amount for deposit by bank account is $50.00 USD, so you cannot do bank wire verification if you do not intend to deposit at least $50.00.

Sean its about 20 to 25 days Back i want to Verify my accounts that's Y i call.For money Withdraw i have AlertPay DB card :) and i Love that it take 1 and half day to load :) I Love AlertPay <3

Hi Itkraze

That is very strange because I asked my banking team and customer support team, and Pakistan has been able to withdrawal via bank wire during that time. We never had issues.


I’m sorry for the confusion, and if you were given incorrect information.

You can verify your account by one of the following options: Option A: bank wire deposit, or Option B: credit card validation.

If you have a Business account, you will also have to submit proof of ownership for your business, such as any of the following:

• Article of Incorporation
• General Business Registration
• Certificate of Good Standing
• Doing Business As
• Tax Registration

To start the verification process, just follow these steps:

1. Login to your AlertPay account.
2. Under “Profileâ€, click on “Personalâ€.
3. Select “Verificationâ€.
4. Complete as many verification procedures as specified on the page.
5. If you have a Business account, you must also submit a proof of ownership for your business.

This verification method allows you to deposit money into your AlertPay account by bank transfer or bank wire. All you have to do is follow these steps to get started:

1. Login to your AlertPay account.

2. Click on “Profileâ€.

3. Under “Personalâ€, click on “Verificationâ€.

4. Select bank transfer or bank wire from the list of options.

5. Follow the instructions to add your bank for verification purposes.

Please note that once you add your bank account, you can use it for subsequent deposits without having to add the information again. Furthermore, you must deposit a minimum of $50.00 USD (or equivalent) for verification, but cannot exceed the cumulative limit of $999.99 USD.

Sean, just to be perfectly clear, we can deposit more than $50 not exactly
that amount, and after that account becomes verified. Is that correct?
