@AP Staff: why you disabled extabit alertpay account? if paypal can resolve their issue then why cant you? kindly solve their issue this is not the solution.

WTF is wrong seriously?

I submitted all verification scanned copies, and you guys simply say

"Thank you for your reply.

As mentioned previously , we are unable to verify your account as the proof of id documents that you have submitted do not meet the previously specified requirement.

Furthermore, please submit an alternate document."

WTF is left out? I provided passport, pan, telephone bill, bank details.. EVERYTHING!! FFS just verify my account.

You can access the prepaid section of your AlertPay account by going to profile, financial, Prepaid card, manage.

Anyone know how much days or time it will took to transfer funds to alertpay debit card from alertpay account ?

I transfer some funds and its pending from last 1 hour :(

Hey Ar!an,

The load time for the prepaid card is from 2-4 business days. If ever you need to load the funds from the card back to your AlertPay balance, then that is instant.

There could be several reasons why a merchant in question has had an account limited. Keep in mind that we are unable to share the details and nature with a 3rd party other than the account holder. We suggest that the site admin contacts AlertPay to resolve the issue(s) ASAP.

I am from India. I would like to ask you a question.
Why don't allow Indians to add debit/credit cards to the account?

I want to fund money into AP account using my card. But there is no such option. Only thing available is bank wire :|

Alertpay is not processing credit cards until further notice. Keep in mind that you are also able to send a certified check or a money order to fund your AlertPay balance.

Hello. I am from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Is there any other method for withdraw money except Bank wire? I want to withdraw directly to my credit card. :)

AlertPay currently only supports the bank wire withdrawal method for our members based in Bosnia and Herzegovina. If ever this changes, we will update all our members via various outlets such as our blog, twitter, Facebook and on forums such as WJunction.

I had talked with Extabit staff team in the morning regarding Alertpay issue

Extabit support said they had contacted with you already
but you guys putted the account on hold for 180 days :o

AP doesn't have to post here. Watch your language. If you don't like the support, then GTFO. It's a privileged getting added support here, not a right. Cleared some posts.

Yesterday around 11AM I got scammed by Rachman Sunardy donniwindarma@yahoo.com more than 2 hours waiting but not get what deals we agree for. After check his YM & Forum status, he's Offline, already runaway after he got $850 from my AP funds...

I contact AP support but don't know why AP help this guy after their customer support already see the thread I send to them. If their not lock that guy account, their will help that guy to scam many people outside!
