Hello alertpay support,

Can you tell why we should to use alertpay?

I can show you some of facts that we should not use alertpay anymore:
1.Withdraw is not working for CC and BA as well.
2.You take SUPER HIGHT Fee for every transaction (also when withraw was working alertpay had stolen 20-25% of money!!)
3.Your support staff sucks... probalby they are drunk.
4.Do you want to write more facts that alertpay future is dead?


Also, I have 1 suggest for alertpay staff: Close your alertpay accounts and use paypal.com :P

I am sorry you have had a bad experience with AlertPay. Our staff tries very hard to answer queries as fast as possible, and sometimes it takes a few days longer. I apologize for those delays.


Members on this forum know that if they contact me via private message, I try my best to solve their issues that day. To my recollection you have never contacted us concerning a service issue.

We are here on this forum and others on weekdays, answering your questions and supporting our members. No other full service payment processor is doing anything close to that.


We have almost 8 million members, with hundreds of thousands signing up every day. They chose us because of the countries and currencies we support, and our customer support.


Maybe AlertPay does not fit your needs, and that's ok and understandable. However, I do not understand why you would come into our support thread and put down our staff and promote another company.


This thread is meant to support our members, and answer questions regarding their accounts. I would appreciate if you respected that.

Hello Mr. Sean let me explain

Most people are interested in how to withdraw their money from their Alertpay account. or how to verify their Personal Pro/Business account.

Since none is working at Alertpay (cheque withdrawal, CC withdrawal, Bank Transfer withdrawal) you will get the same questions all the time.

new users at Alertpay:
-Can not verify their account using Credit Card

Existent users at Alertpay 'Personal Pro':
-Can not withdraw money using:
1- credit card
2- cheque
3- bank wire (not working properly, high FEE's, delays, reversal transactions)
* Alertpay takes up 4 business days to answer tickets (bad luck if you submit a ticket on Friday :()
* Disputes are fixed within 1 month

Business Accounts:
1- can not verify their account (new accounts)
2- high charges/FEEs
3- losing hundred dollars
4- problems to withdraw
5- Their customers cant pay using VISA and Master Card
6- good bye subscriptions
7- bad support
therefore bye clients, bye business :facepalm:


so please answer all questions, and don't be angry :)

The purpose of this thread is to help users learn more about their account. Our support is here specifically to answer questions about verification, how to deposit/withdraw, how to file a transaction disputes etc.

We have put a lot of that information on this thread, and are always willing to discuss these issues. Many members have written to me saying the thread is too cluttered and they cannot find the information they want. This is why we have put guidelines.

- If you have a ticket you want us to look at, send it via PM only. No need to post in this thread that you have sent us a PM.

- Anything related to services be it credit card processing/withdrawal, cheque, bank wire etc. You can check our blog, http://blog.alertpay.com/. As well we will make announcements concerning those services, to cut down the clutter. At the current moment, someone ask the question, it’s answered and then two posts later the same question is asked again, it creates clutter. We need to use this thread for its true intention and that is supporting our members in their account needs.


There are methods to verify your account, and withdraw your funds. You have chosen to wait, and that is your choice. Our options are not as vast as they once were, but the options still exist. You cannot bemoan the situation when you have options available to you.
You can see our business hours on our website, https://www.alertpay.com/en/contact.aspx. We try to offer as many channels as possible for our customers to interact with us to suit their lifestyle and location. We can be contacted on Facebook, Twitter, and this forum along with others.

I have never heard any of our members complain that they cannot verify their business accounts, so I would like to know what issues you are having. If you would, PM me I will gladly look into your situation.

We still have many companies that are staying with AlertPay even through this period, because they like the service and the options we provide them, two of the biggest being Microsoft and 99 Designs to name a few.

The reality is, the vast majority of our members do not the share your sentiments.

When we can use Visa?


They do not have any answer to this :

1. Their owners, support staff and others have no idea of anything when the VISA and checks will work.

2. They are so stupid that if you call them they will just keep on kicking you to different people, departments and in the end, They place the call on hold for 15 minutes just to find out the banks from which we can successfully do the wire transfer verification.

All in all , they should be wrapping up now.
 
hey Alertpay - until you make your service as good as it was before
regarding CC withdrawal and other withdrawall options

everything else is irrelevant - I used to use your service until the CC problems
and was waitting for you to fix it because I was sort of dedicated member
but it is taking you waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long time to fix this problem
and it just shows unprofessionalism from your side

offcourse people will ask same questions again and again because CC withdrawal is all
they are interested in - especially here on wjunction where people do all sort of kinds of things and looking for an efficiant way to be payed for it - not much online shoppers and those kind of people here - so I see no point of opening a topic here
for support but again maybe this is just me you are free to do whatever you want

I would just like to give you some insight on credit card withdrawal.


Only a small fraction of our members were actually using this service, and the limit for withdrawing was much lower than bank wire/transfer.


We found that many members used that service once and then never used it again as they preferred the other withdrawing methods.


We still remain committed to bringing back that service, however finding a provider that meets both our needs and our member’s needs remains a complex task.

I would withdraw your money before they declare bankruptcy and go into administration if I were you. Oh yeah. I forgot, most of you can't. Awesome payment processor, huh.

Yes, every week its taking longer. normal it was 2 days last week it was 4 days and now i'm waiting for 6 days, till the debit card gets loaded

Ive been waiting a week for money to be loaded onto my Alertpay pre paid card... anyone else have the same issue?

Please be advised that weekends (Saturday, Sunday) are excluded in the processing times.

You're a seller you should've a secondary fraud system I don't blame AlertPay for sending you the chargeback fee as a seller you're liable for doing your own fraud verification system to make sure that's the correct person making an order with you. Stop given false information to user here which isn't true about alertpay.

Stop agreeing with everything that JayFella says.

As a seller using AlertPay I haven't had any issue. I still recommend AlertPay to everyone has they're a great payment processor.

i dont know what is the problem with cheque withdrawals.

google pay with cheque (worldwide)
adbrite pay with cheque (worldwide)
All USA, Canadians companies pay with cheque.

I cant wait more, I'll go to Canada to get my money. So please let me know how I can do :)

Luke, it has now been 5 days (excluding weekend) and im still waiting for my Alertpay pre-paid card to be loaded, despite you assuring me it would be done before the end of the day.

If you send me your Account ID i can have a look for you. Verification procedures differ for each country.

And yes, there is an age limit to be a member of AlertPay. It is 18 years old.
