It's looks like a bug in the ThemaPoster but we're stilll checking.
We're working intensly on fixing the problem.

From what i can see, you haven't added a username/pass for each forum. You have to do this in order to post to the forums. I don't see anywhere that he mentioned that the forums come with login info (since the user provided would get banned). Also, it was on you to backup your old templates, in case things went south.

this is what I thought and came back to this thread to edit my post, I know that I have to add my details before using, I've already added my username and password to all forums where a member(nearly 240) It took all night to me to update them :facepalm:
 
Wasted my money on this :(

didnot know that we have to do it from scratch , i have to delete and then add all forums again with my user name and pass on each forum
there is no way i can replace the forums at all

hey dude, please read our posts carefully, who the heck said 'we thought we got details' we already know that we don't get any user details as he already told that in the opening post, and what we was saying is we have updated the forums with our user details not with somebodys, you like a nut and you can't understand our problem since you havn't bought it yet or tried :facepalm:
 
Try restarting themaposter after adding the details. Also, I have tried it since I bought it a few days ago, and I haven't had any of the problems you are describing.
 
Works fine. You need do this:

Go to "Forums" tab.
Select a forum.
Add your user.
Select that user.
Press "Update all topics / templates with user" button which is below the users list.

For all our users who suffered from the User bug where they couldn't post with the user they added and has that error:

We managed to find the solution with help of The Ninja Pack users and Freedys' help, and it's goes like this:

Go to "Forums" tab.
Select a forum.
Add your user.
Select that user.
Press "Update all topics / templates with user" button which is below the users list.

And for another bug - "The Games (PC) does not exist":

1. Go the "Sections"
2. Add new Section exactly like this: Games (PC)

3. Make sure that "Hide default templates" is checked.

4. Restart your ThemaPoster.
5. Now it should work.
