All thought you can use WinSCP for FTP, but I use that for the main purpose of logging in using SSH Keys.
I've used many types of FTP Clients;
My favorite one of time was, WS FTP by IPSwitch, but can't find the latest version online anywhere as that one supports Windows 7.
Then I switched to FlashFXP - but had many issues connecting to remote servers and updates didn't correct this, I've searched their "Request a New Feature" section to see if their was a way to 'Convert' FlashFXP to FileZilla as this is 'FREE and OpenSource' and like it a lot.
After that search didn't pan out, I just googled and came across one and it's clean.

Even though says for Version 2, I did this recently on FlashFXP v3 on Laptop and FlashFXP v4 on Desktop to FileZilla and worked successfully.
Now I use FileZilla has my favorite FTP Client.
If you can't read it's pretty self explanatory, by input field click on the button and find the 'FlashFXP Export' File and click the other button.
