I just wanted to say thank you for your polite, helpful and caring responses.

Not long ago a thread I posted was silently deleted. Without any information as to why. Two messages sent to Loget enquiring what happened were - how should I put it? - politely ignored as well as an additional message sent via the contact us link.

In short, every attempt to clarify why my posting was removed was absolutely and utterly ignored.

There are other more "active" admins around, try contacting them instead.

Thank you RT, however as mentioned I also sent a message via the contact form and Loget must have seen my message as he/she was online when and after I sent it.

Was it to introduce your site sitemeer? perhaps in the useful sites section? perhaps on the 15th of Sept, 8 days ago?

I think you are making mountains out of molehills and let us not forget that it is stated in the section not to post your own site.

I think doing so and then complaining about it shows a total lack of respect for this site, the site staff, and the members that do respect the rules.

I would say it is rather total lack of respect towards a new member to remove his/her thread even though it follows the rules and then completely ignore questions following up .....

You're making a big issue out of nothing. If your thread was trashed, then there must be a rule you broke. If one admin did not reply to you for some reason, then simply PM another admin or a Smod.

Thats what I wanted to know, which rule I allegedly broke. I cannot see which, otherwise all these users broke the same (including an administrator(!)).
