This is your start and there are some problems ..but this happens. But don't give up, everything will be fine as you guys are listening to customers and not hiding facts. I wish you best of luck, If things go better rest of my premium account period I will be quite happy without a compesation.
 
I really appreciate the fact that clients are informed about everything, support it's helpfully anytime.. Bad luck, bad things can happen for anybody..

This is an official update from TehHost. We have requested the DC to change our primary and secondary hard disks as they have crashed completely and are un-bootable.Since it is a Sunday DC has asked us to wait for 5-6 hours which is almost over(an hour remaining). Once the HDD's are replaced we assure you guys we will be up and running. Hardware breakdowns are something we really cannot for-see.
We cannot give you an exact duration but it should take a a maximum of 5-6 hours to be up and running. We are waiting for the hardware replacements and once its done we would be back in no time. Our Entire Team is working hard to have these issues sorted out .

Last but not least I personally on behalf of TehHost would like to thank all of you for the enormous support and extended co-operation. I personally give you my word to provide you the best possible hosting experience.

Here's the status,As soon as the server crashed.We contacted the DC.They diagnosed the problem as hardware failure(HDD failure).They asked 6 hours from us to repair it.But after that,they replied that it isn't possible and we would be shifted to a new node.We waited the entire night for the new server details but it hasn't come as of yet.:( The DC said as it was Sunday,so its taking long(again us being unfortunate).The last rep we got is that the server will be available in a few hours.As soon as it comes.We will work on it and install all sborg and configure it and make it available.Will let you know again the status in a few hours.
And i cannot stress more on how grateful we are to all the clients for understanding our problem and bearing with us.I just want to say thanks a lot.And must also say,we will make sure that you wont regret staying with Tehhost.
