That is strange. I just check it out there are no unanswered support tickets whose duration is greater than 2 hours. Can you please PM me your ticket ID so that I can forward it to our respective department for immediate resolution.

I sent another ticket and it says to me: your message has been sent, but when I go to the "my support" tab there are no ticket that i have sent. Maybe a bug. S can I send you the details via pm so you can help me or give these infos to your tehnical support ?

what will be the price, if i need other premium accounts?

Mate I am sorry for the delay,We guarantee a 24 hours Setup time and yours is just 12 hours. At the time of your order ,our Rapidleech department was unavailable however it should be setup within an hour as they are back in office now.
