Was being heavily DOS'd. The attack has been mitigated.
Mate we were getting dos'd hugely. A month of usage with a few hours isnt such a bad downtime. Our team is constantly monitoring servers for issues.
You ordered 5 hours ago and you have started complaining?Our guaranteed setup time is 24 working hours and I see it isnt over yet since this is a weekend.
We are awaiting some servers to be placed in our rack however this being a weekend a festival season its getting delayed. We are sorry for the delay caused.

Stop spamming this thread. Its ridiculous how little patience you have. You made a wrong order which got fixed within 30 minutes of ordering by our staff on a weekend and your ordered again and its just 5 hours and you have started complaining? Check our guaranteed setup time. And from next time I would advise you to refrain from using abusive words as a simple and orderly communication would yield better results.

Thats great then. PM me your transaction ID,Client portal login Email,Invoice number (and I need all three of these mentioned information) and if you are eligible for a refund you will be refunded right away.
Update: Still NO PM from this guy which was what I had expected in the first case as he knows that a cross-reference will reveal his identity.

The problem is with filesonic,sborg 5.5 will fix the problem,upgrade ASAP
Fileserve & Rapidshare transloading doesn't work & sometimes filesonic gives this error:
