TO all our clients--

Our Data Center Reseller is having problems.Every server of theirs are down.We are contacting them.We would come up with a permanent solution to solve all the problems which are keeping to recur and affecting our clients which we cannot tolerate anymore.We would shift every server of ours to a different DC to stop all the problems permanently.We would do this one by one and our clients would be informed well beforehand so that they can take backups and restore them in new server.
I would like request and thank all our clients for bearing with us till then.Please understand the problem is not in our hands and we are doing every bit to restore everything as earlier as soon as possible.

do u mean we have to reinstall every single thing after the backup and restore?
oh gosh i have 4 sites running in the VPS, this is seriously wasting my time.

since u would be moving to a new DC, how would u guarantee this will not happen again?
will i get a refund if i cancel my current subscribed service?

We would select a Data Center and take mechanisms from scratch to resolve this.We are aren't moving just now.As i said,one server at a time.And without downtime.If you like to cancel and refund at the time of shift,open a ticket at billing.But believe me.The shift we have decided is for betterment.For the sake of clients only.I hope you understand.

This is a major network outage and the issues you(and some of our other clients) have been facing are as a result of that. This is a major DDOS issue forcing our service providers to null route all IP's. No data will be lost and the expected time is around 8-10 hours. You do understand that if a server is null routed from DC's end there is very little that can be done other than have them fix the issues.

As for guarantee No Provider in this world can guarantee that an issue wont occur. We can(and will) take precautions so as to prevent these such issues in the future.

We have several nodes and unfortunately just two of them being from one provider are down. Rest of our nodes are working fine(as they should).

We are disappointed to tell you that one of our Servers Provider (Rapidspeeds) is having some legal issues and there may be some chances that they will be shut down. However we have been notified that we will get an update within 48 hours before that they can't activate servers but we can't let our clients suffer due to this. So we have decided and already ordered new servers so that we can continue providing our service. If your HyperVM IP is 46.182.124.90 than please open a support ticket with your VPS details we will setup a new VPS for you however We are extremely sorry that we won't be able to transfer your data to new VPS as all rapidspeeds server are offline.

What type of stupid post is this mate why the heck would any 1 want to loose his data i have like 100gb of data of site so why the heck would i leave the data
 
Apparently leaseweb is taking over the rapidspeeds servers and they will be switch on tomorrow again. I hope I can still download a backup from my site then even though I got moved to another VPS today, if not that would be a huge kick in the balls
 
The Semi-Dedicated is well worth the money, I have had this now for a month and haven't had 1 problem since having it, thanks Tehhost, will be staying with you for the foreseeable future

Backup is up for the take. Thanks to leaseweb nodes are online for some time longer. Hurry up and take your backups.

That is WHMCS upgrade bug which listed the price of configurable addons with the base pricing on the cart page. The actual pricing was still the same. The issue has been fixed now and cart pages have been updated with original prices.

yes i am having the same issue, seems like we are placed in the same "slow" server.
if this is not resolved for the one last time, i will be likely changing another provider.

I am pretty sure you are several servers apart. PM me your VPS details as well and I will take a look at the issue.

The ticket has been replied to quite a while back. Mate its not just about replying. Semi-Dedicated servers require us to run extensive test to diagnose a issue in order to fix it and hence the delay.

As far as I know all our users as quite satisfied with our service. I dont know what issues you are facing but whatever it is please open a support ticket and it will be fixed.

The Semi-Dedicated is well worth the money, I have had this now for a month and haven't had 1 problem since having it, thanks Tehhost, will be staying with you for the foreseeable future
