Unfortunately, their support is very bad. Not to go to the new VPS. It is always advised you to reinstall. But I know where it is missing 2 VPS's! No connection to server!

I guess you dont know or understand English. This is a Dedicated Server thread and NOT A VPS THREAD . So if you arent a client stop making meaningless comments.

Agreed.tomorrow i`m gonna make a thread with proofs about their horrendous support.

Since it is an USA based server so we will have to abide by US Laws/Regulations.DMCA requests will be forwarded to you and you will have 24 hours to reply/remove the objectionable material


Sorry cant. There is a procedure for everything and information about Data Centres/Policies can only be provided via emails addressed to our sales department and not on a public forums.

Same here... asked one tehhost "supporter" guys for USA servers datacenter... but no answer for 10 mins in chat... maybe he still dunno whats tehhost DC? :S

Let me tell you one thing. I already wrote here that you need to email us if you need specific info about DC . If you have emailed us you will be provided with the answer.
Secondly I dont see you being a dedicated server client so which support are you talking about?
And get this one thing straight in your head. If you think you do not like the offer stay away from it dont go bullshitting around. We have a policy either follow it /stay away from it.

We know how to handle clients and servers. The chat which you are referring to was handed by a trainee support staff and he wasnt aware of the services we offer. I guess you dont know ENGLISH. If you dont like a service stay out of it? Got it . We have a policy of providing information regarding DC/server specific information via emails. Thats called reluctance? -? You cant read/nor can you understand English.

Read what I posted above. He is a trainee chat agent and was unaware of the services we offer and hence the issue. Why then did you actually add me and seek for the information? I specifically remember providing you as much information as I can provide.

2. Go and check above replies, it clearly states he was a trainee and moreover dedicated servers was launched some days ago so he didn't have any knowledge about them yet. If ANYONE needs any info about dedicated servers he/she can PM me
