Unfortunately, their support is very bad. Not to go to the new VPS. It is always advised you to reinstall. But I know where it is missing 2 VPS's! No connection to server!

What procedure?I cant see any on the forum.FFS , all i want to know from your is the website of your datacenter for the cheap plan.Its not POLICY.Get this into your head.Since it is an USA based server so we will have to abide by US Laws/Regulations.DMCA requests will be forwarded to you and you will have 24 hours to reply/remove the objectionable material
Sorry cant. There is a procedure for everything and information about Data Centres/Policies can only be provided via emails addressed to our sales department and not on a public forums.

This tells so much about your so called company full of policies.Btw, just because i signed up here 2 months ago,it DOES NOT mean i am new the to the interwebz.We know how to handle clients and servers. The chat which you are referring to was handed by a trainee support staff and he wasnt aware of the services we offer. I guess you dont know ENGLISH. If you dont like a service stay out of it? Got it . Besides I dont think I need to provide further explanation to a guy who joined two months ago and way after we have been offering services to our clients. .We have client who are satisfied with the service.I have already told you if you need specific information regarding sales an email/PM would suffice but I guess you just dont get.
