Syncing Office Outlook emails to USB automatically?

Hi, I am looking for any solution (preferably freeware) where it sync all my office email to USB automatically whenever I plugin USB into office laptop. I have heard about such software couldn't find any so far. I have heard that these software allow you to view emails and keep same folders view as in Outlook. Please help recommending these software.
