SyFlys TRY TO SCAM ME (but I am a liar)

I recently sold my hosting company to SyFlys (StableLayer)

the sale was done on his terms, i gave him full access to hostnulled.com i then pushed the domain name with a 100$ deposit, he then promised me that he would send payment within 24 hours,

payment was send aprox 28/29 hours after details were recieved, and i also sent him all login details for the VPS / RDP

now today when isee my paypal i see the guy has opened a dispute saying ive not sent him the details or hardware,

so i send the dude details via paypal dispute form.

this guy is bitter because i started a new hosting company and some of the old clients have moved to my new hosting company. (because i advertised my new hosting company on msn / facebook / twitter ) this is the choice of the client, i did not ask them to move.

can anyone tell me where i stand, on one of the payments he has stated the payment is for hardware (not stated which type, i have now send some computer hardware to him to provide paypal with a delivery no... to prove i posted hardware to this guy)

thanks. if anyone needs to see screenshots of paypal, godaddy (domain was held with them, but not sure if i can show details of it being pushed)

what should i do guys ?

He did not scam you nub,

After he bought hostnulled you emailed all clients saying you started a new company,

He recently bought my company and ace's company and transfered new 1 K to each of us :s

This is how it went guys. I bought a few hosting companies this week. (webden, crypticvps and his) all went fine for the others. I sent this guy $600 and basically what he did was send me his company. He did do that but then before that he transferred all their customers information to his server and also emailed all the clients I had bought saying hostnulled.com is closing down and join his new host.

Seems like we know who the real scammer is here. I`ll post a image shortly.
 
Also state that YOU emailed the clients telling them to "not to pay the new owner, and to come over to your new company"

So the scammer then turns to YOU!!!!!

Just to let everyone know that hostnulled.com has has a few changes recently.



hostnulled.com domain will soon no longer work, We have now re-named the company to look more professional.
Kwik-Hosting.com is now the new domain name where people need to goto to make payments for there hosting, all of your hosting will be exactly the same.



Since the hostnulled.com servers are getting shut down, we now need to move all clients onto the new more powerful servers at Kwik-Hosting.com

all clients will be able to login with there same login details at Kwik-Hosting.com and we are currently in the process of moving your data over to the new servers at Kwik-Hosting.com the only changes we will require everyone to make will be changes to there nameservers.

if anyone requires any help with changing there name servers, please open a new support ticket in the new client area at Kwik-Hosting.com

If he has dealt with 3 hosting companies this week and you were the only one who had problems then the issue must be with you not with him...

You have scammed him as he isn't getting what he paid for.
He's more or less getting a dead hosting company, since you told everybody that the host is dead and to come join you at your new hosting company.

SO in other words...BAN BAN BAN!
 
He bought your hosting site because IT HAD CLIENTS. You scammed him obviously. This guy deserves the ban not syflys. I hope the transaction gets reversed and syflys gets his money back and he can keep the domain as well =]
 
Well it seems like I wont be doing any larger transactions here :-/

@SyFlys I hope you'll get at least some money back
@mathewbuer I dont see why selling one company, and then start another one before you even sold that one... what can your customers expect from unreliable seller like you?
I really feel sorry for all customers who transfered to your new hosting.
 
You sold him a dead company and you claim he tried to scamm you.
I say you are not very smart, otherwise you wouldn't have created this thread. :))

Wj should create a untrustworthy members list and put your name on it.

I think that you need to give him also the new domain . Because all clients are now on your new domain (hosting) . The best for you guys is you to give him Kwik-Hosting (and with that he need to close paypal dispute because he will get all clients)
