I bought 1 year hosting with discount from SyFlysand his StableLayer.eu. The kid is joke as same as his site. Sorry, not a joke he is a thief. And he stole only money from me, but from dozens of people (use search to find some topics about him).
Let's sart. First I started a topic where I asked about shared hosting for my new site. After a few offers I found that SyFlys's (in further text the scammer) was the best. I've searched WJ and found that one guy praise him (the scammer) a lot, so I thought, this hoster must be good one, and I hurry to make a deal as fast as possible. Also there was incredible discount, something like 90%. I said to my self "damn, this must be some great hosting, especially when he can give so big discount". I bought the hosting and told to the scammer to move my site to the new hosting after 12 hours. But because I saw he didn't do that I sent him tomorrow ticket that I made folders and every site will have it's own folder inside public_html. So he should move restrictedwarez.net to restrictedwarez.net folder. After 5 days I received message that he done that. I've said to myself "Great, yes, I have waited 5 days, but at the end everything finished good". Ohhhh, I couldn't even imagined how wrong I was, it was just start of the hell. After I went to public_html I had a lot to see. He deleted all my folders and a site I installed in one of folders. Also the site I wrote him to move to restrictedwarez.net folder he installed in public_html (I guess there was no other folder to move the site, because the moron / the scammer deleted all folders including the site installed in one of them). I was sooooooo angry that I think I was able to kill him with my own hands. He lost a lot of my time. After that only what I wanted is my money I paid him for service I never got. I sent him a few pm's on WJ and ticket on his site, but after a few days his site went offline and he stopped answering on my pm's anymore. But in pm's before the scammer told me that he will be happy to back me my money (check images of pm's). Also he told me to open new ticket in billing department in his one man everything so ca called "company". OK, I've done that too, but as I was assuming in that moment I've never back my money. In one of previous pm's he sent me he told me to refund money by paypal and because I have no more responds from him in last few days I've done that. But he refused to back me my money by claiming "07/12/2010 15:31 GMT+01:00 - Seller: This was for virtual web hosting and the service was given.". Because I haven't hosting for one of my sites my 3* (Ratz.us) site is deleted from Katz and I paid 80$ for that site and had big plans for it.
The most of this is on images below (some screens I'm not able to show because his site where he stole money from people was offline for weeks and weeks so I couldn't take images of tickets, but the most of them are here. Also here are some of ours pm's and paypal proof about things I wrote above).

I've also sent pm to one of mods, but it looks he couldn't do anything about him.
But at the end I'm not so angry on people who scam other people, but on people like katz's and WJ's stuff members who allow them that.
