anyone notice the change in upload? I am getting blazing fast speeds like 50MB per sec. A 200mb file takes only a couple seconds. I thought it was a error because i have never uploaded that quick in all the years i had internet lol.. So i test downloaded a few files and they are all intact.

Yesterday i tried again
I have all from germany
They count almost half
42 downloads X0.005
But it was 0.11
They count 2 times from tier2
And once from tier 1

If someone clicks on your link.. and gets the download "Started" it shows up in your reports as a download.. But they have to finish the download in order for you to get the revenue.

I have IPS that show $0 revenue as well.

So say your using a PPD host and their download speeds are terrible... But you uploaded a 1.3GB file.. Why would someone want to sit there for 3-4 hours and wait for it to download? Naturally they see the speed and close it.. Look for something else.
