I think that cloudyfiles count only 2-3 download from one IP address .. Tested with various IP, after 2-3 dl, I get "Amount $ 0.0000 - Reason MAX24_REACHED"

I wrote about this in support two days ago, the support did not answer.

tier 2 maybe 2 or 3 times
tier 3 4 or 6
tier 4 6 or 8 time bro
