this text in the Notices box has been here for a while (i think). talkin' about a place where you can write articles and include referral links. what's up with this section? for me it's set on private, with 6 topics and 7 replies that i can't view.

what good is this section if it's set to those standards? what's the point of this section? just to get selected people (probably a small number) to correct your grammar and give you criticism in hopes that these selected people will be curious about what you're advertising?

The Section is set to private for members to not able to see other member's post as it is a draft section to draft your posts and then request a staff to verify it and move it.

Go inside the section and then you would be able to see a Create New Thread Option and after that you would be able to see your post in the section.
 
After verifying that the content posted by the user is legitimate and unique we move it to the various sections around the board depending upon the content
